1. How long will my order take?
Each item is made to order, just for you. Production typically takes 2–4 business days, plus shipping time. If we’re ahead of schedule, we’ll let you know.
2. Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Whether you’re in Montana or Milan, we’ve got you covered.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
If a promotion is active (like free shipping), it’ll apply automatically.
4. Can I return or exchange my item?
Since everything is personalized, we can’t accept returns.
Not sure about your size or monogram? Contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help.
5. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We’ll make it right. Reach out within 14 days and we’ll replace or refund your order. If it’s our mistake, we’ll cover the cost.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to make changes.
Once we’ve started stitching or printing, it’s locked in.
7. How should I choose my monogram?
Most people use their first, middle, and last initials.
We support up to three characters, all capitalized.
No emojis or inside jokes… yet.
8. Can I place a bulk or group order?
