All Member Guest products are made to order. That means we don’t pull your item off a shelf—we personalize it, just for you.

✈️ Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. If you’re somewhere with a mailbox, we’ll find a way to get it there.

🕒 Production Timeline

Most orders are produced within 2–4 business days. That’s our current average as of January 2025. If we’re moving faster, you’ll hear from us. If not, we’re taking the time to get it just right.

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order.

If a shipping promotion is active, it will be applied automatically.

📦 Tracking Info

Once your item is stitched, packed, and ready to roll, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. Then it’s just a matter of time.

 

 

🛑 Cancellations & Changes

Want to change your order? We get it.

If you reach out before production starts, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.

Once it’s in the stitching or printing queue, we can’t make changes—but we’re still happy to help however we can.
