🔁 Returns 

Because each piece is made to order and personalized, we can’t accept returns.

That said, we’re happy to help with sizing, monogram placement, or order questions before you buy—just ask.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Either we’ll replace it, or we’ll refund you. If it’s on us, we’ll cover the cost.

Please report any issues within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return shipping is your responsibility unless the error is ours

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

• If a return is authorized, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
