We do our best to display product colors, descriptions, and availability accurately. That said, small variations may occur, especially with personalized items. Every piece is made to order—we’re not Amazon.
4. Personalization
Monograms are customized based on the details you provide. It’s your responsibility to double-check initials, placement, and spelling before placing your order.
Customized items are final sale. If there’s an issue on our end, we’ll fix it. If you made a typo, we’re happy to help (but we’re not magicians).
5. Order Acceptance & Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason—including suspected fraud, inventory issues, or policy violations. If this happens, you’ll be refunded.
6. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Prices may change without notice.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and authorized payment processors. We don’t store your full credit card information.
7. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We ship worldwide. Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details. Production time is typically 2–4 business days, but may vary based on order volume and customization needs.
8. Returns & Cancellations
Personalized products are final sale.
Order changes or cancellations are possible before production begins—after that, it’s locked in. For details, see our Returns & Shipping Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, logos, text, and product designs—is the property of Member Guest and may not be used without permission.
10. Liability
We’re not responsible for damages or losses beyond the value of your purchase. Basically: we’ll do right by you, but we’re not liable for wild scenarios outside of our control.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado (or your legal state of registration). Any disputes will be handled there.
12. Changes to Terms
